ISC Tuning is a SYVECS & MOTEC Supporting Dealer

A Supporting Dealer purchases direct from the manufacturer (Syvecs or Motec).  A reseller will purchase product and support from the Dealer.  A Dealer is required to support and maintain reseller and retail relationships on their own, fully expected to support any boxes they sell, including their own clients OR, shops they resell to.  Upon approval from Syvecs or Motec, a shop may become a Supporting Dealer.  Any support otherwise needed from another Supporting Dealer will normally have a fee associated with it, for time and knowledge gained on a per case basis.

Support

Whether a Client of ISC or a Reseller, you are going to need support.  With consistent and reliable support, you will have the opportunity to provide the best total end product to your client.  The Syvecs Supporting Dealer network will be able to handle product supply, as well as handle any and all technical questions along the way.

By purchasing through a supporting dealer like ISC, this ensures long term stability for that dealer and eliminates the headache of supporting a highly sophisticated product without the fear of no return on the knowledge provided.   While we support Syvecs 100%, either direct or indirect, the comfort in knowing you can just pick up the phone and call your supporting dealer is priceless.   Any completed calibrations will be maintained remotely and, as time permits, clients will have direct access for fast response without having to deal with the shop directly, unless otherwise specified.

Parts pricing is set such that Retail Prices must be maintained and adhered to.  Discounts will vary per item, and will be between 10% and 20%.  There are no other purchase levels through ISC as of this date.  Thanks for your understanding and look forward to doing business with you and your team.

SYVECS CARTEL

SYVECS CARTEL is a small network of Engine Mapping, powertrain mapping and track support specialists. Buying a SYVECS CARTEL subscription entitles you 24hr telephone or Online support for your project, or projects that you are working with. Syvecs Products must be purchased through the Dealer you are supporting.  Trackside or workshop support is additional and billed on a daily basis.
